Airlines are pushing ticket prices higher as travel rebounds, with some saying fares are back to 2019 levels on peak dates.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said people who are fully vaccinated for COVID-19 can safely travel but still recommend staying home.
U.S. airline executives are the most optimistic they’ve been since the coronavirus pandemic began thanks to an unfolding travel rebound fueled by vaccination rates, COVID case trends and the easing of travel restrictions.
